We have 3 catering options:


Option 1. Pick Up for $13 per guest, we prepare hot and cold pans of food in disposable containers that have all the fixings for a build-your-own taco bar. You pick it up, ready to serve, when it's convenient! Minimum of 10 guests per order is required.


Option 2. Meal Deal for $18 per guest, the mobile unit is set up and each guest gets 2 tacos or 2 quesadillas, a bag of chips and a soda. Typically this is the option that businesses choose if they have many guests to feed in a short time frame.


Option 3. Open Menu for $30 per guest, the mobile unit is set up and everything on the attached menu (besides beverages) is served for 2 hours, your guests eat as much as they want. Typically this is the option for celebrations and parties.


If you choose an option using the mobile unit, we do not require electricity, we do not use a loud generator, and we just need 10'x10' of flat space. We require a 50% deposit in advance to hold the date on our calendar. Setting up the food cart requires $1000 minimum.
